Safety cutters with plastic handle reinforced unexposed blade. Recommended for engraving and cutting cardboard of mono-layers, cellulose roller films, adhesive tapes, plastic braids, fabric. Double-use blade head both the blade and the tape cutter are two-sided and can be extracted in a simple way to Invert or replace it. In the handle there has been created a housing containing a replacement blade.
