Universal emulsified oil for band saws GUABO ALL IN ONE GREEN SAW

ALL IN ONE GREEN SAW is an innovative coolant based on esters derived from renewable raw materials. It is ready for use : a universal product for steel machining, stainless steel, titanium and aluminum alloys, even those particularly sensitive to staining. It can also work yellow alloys and cast iron. PROPERTIES The special additive, free from chlorine, boron and formaldehyde donor vactercides, makes it an absolutely avant-garde product from an eco/toxicological point of view. Furthermore, thanks to the new generation components with which it is formulated. ALL IN ONE GREEN SAW has excellent resistance to foam even at high pressures. The advantage of having emulsion already prepared with water of controlled hardness allows for several advantages: - No need for measuring jugs or mixing systems ; - No risk of calculation errors in finding the correct proportion ; - ZERO risk of INCOMPATIBILITY of water hardness - ZERO waste of staff time APPLICATION The product is suitable for blanking operations with saws of steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminum alloys, even those particularly sensitive to staining. It can also work yellow alloys and cast iron. STORAGE AND HANDLING Store indoors if possible. The drums must be kept tilted or horizontal with the caps below the level of the contents. Avoid contamination with foreign substances during decanting or withdrawing. Tightly close the caps of the containers after opening them.
