Returns

To carry out returns, please follow the procedure below in the way that it is done quickly and efficiently:

• Call 02-927371 and ask for the RMA (Return Material Authorization). Together with the authorization we will indicate to which establishment to send the products and what type of delivery to use
• Be sure to give the RMA number of the shipping note (returns will not be accepted without this number)
• Each returned product must be in its original state, in its original packaging containing all the previous documents attached.
