Details
The tools are made of steel for hardened tools. The part where the insert is housed is tempered at 58/60 HRC, as to make it very resistant to compression and to ensure the tools a long life. They are provided with 4 mm holes, for the forced supply of coolant, that in addition allows the lubrication and the cooling of the insert to extract for the blind hole the chip produced from the processing of slotting. The tools are available in two grip sizes, Ø 32 mm standard e Ø 25 mm on request.
