A full range of HSS and HSS-PM male covering thread requirements blind holes and passages in metric steps M and MF, American thread UNF and UNC, cylindrical GAS thread and cone NPT. For each dimension and for each profile type you will find different solutions for the running of tapping with chip production or permanent plastic deformation by rolling. Even in this case the correct choice of geometries and coatings allowed us to develop a range over the years a specification of solutions for every type of material, starting from Aluminum alloys to the most difficult materials to work. There are also tool solutions with cooling holes for "Synchronized tapping" for extremely high performances.
