Protex O is an oil-based protective fluid consisting of paraffinic bases with the addition of anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant additives, specifically designed for the protection of semi-finished or finished products that must withstand extremely harsh storage or transport conditions. The product is easily applied by brush on previously dried parts and can be removed with rags, industrial detergents, alkaline solutions and/or petroleum solvents. The excellent hiding power and exceptional rustproofing power enable the product to effectively cling to the workpiece and guarantee effective protection even in critical conditions for periods of more than twelve months. The light grade is suitable for the protection of small components with even complex geometries; it is preferably used by dipping or spraying but can also be applied by brush. The heavy grade, due to its high adhesion, is used on even large portions of components and is preferably applied by brush or pad.
