The KCP is a standardised set of interface commands for KERN scales and other instruments, which allows all important parameters and device functions to be called up and controlled. KERN devices equipped with KCP can therefore easily connect to computers, industrial control units and other digital systems. The KCP is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol RS-232 data interface only Further interfaces are possible on request

- For applications requiring type approval (conformity assessment in accordance with NAWI 2014/31/EU), please order type approval together with the scale; initial type approval at a later date is not possible. For homologation, we require the complete address of the place of use
