Details
571 guarantees a dry coating with P.T.F.E., colourless, clean, with anti-adhesion properties at high pressure and slow speed. Suitable for use when lubrication with oil or grease is not desired or possible. It can be used on all types of metal, plastic, ceramic and wood. 571 can also be used as a separating film in resin casting plants. The contact surfaces must be clean and grease-free. Applied in the same way as paint. Optimum coating thickness: approx. 10 microns. Dries in 5 to 8 minutes at +20°C.
Operating temperature: - 180°C / +260°C.
