PROTEX W is a wax-based corrosion protection fluid for metal components that are stored in high humidity and high salinity conditions. Thanks to a specific formulation and excellent balance of detergents and solvents, PROTEX W has excellent degreasing properties and a dewatering effect.
The product passes ASTM B117 tests (salt spray test) with 90 hours of resistance. PROTEX W retains its protective capacity for 15 months in case of indoor storage while outdoors, by allocating the material to covered areas, it manages to maintain its protective capacity for 9 months.
