To make returns, follow the procedure below so that this is done quickly and efficiently:
Call 02-927371 and ask for the RMA (Return Material Authorization). With the authorization we indicate to which location the products should be sent and which delivery method we use;
Please ensure you include the RMA number on the shipping slip (returns will not be accepted without this number);
Any returned product must be in its original condition, in the original packaging and with all previous documents attached.
