Carter is a mineral-based general lubrication oil of first refining.
The product is designed for use inside closed crankcases, in hydraulic drives operating at low pressure, rolling bearings, variable speed drives, industrial gears not subjected to high loads, pneumatic tools and air compressor kinematics. The low viscosities (3-10) can be used as spindle cooling fluids where an oil-based product is required.
It has a high resistance to the formation of degradation products even at medium to high operating temperatures, excellent demulsibility and water separation capability.
Its excellent natural viscosity index makes it particularly stable at varying temperatures, ensuring rapid start-up of systems at low temperatures and avoiding loss of volumetric performance of pumps.
