The Flex-Hone is a flexible sander for deburring, shaving, superfinishing and correcting the roughness of through holes.
It can be used by hand with a normal drill, on a drill press or in the machining cycle of CNC machines.
It produces a plateau-like finish with a surface free of ridges, tears and metal folds.
The tool works under pressure, its effective diameter is greater than the diameter of the hole to be machined. Dry use is not recommended.
Suitable for a variety of mechanical machining operations: valve seats, hydraulic and pneumatic power units, cylinders, oil passage intersection holes, gun parts, fittings and anywhere where precise holes are required.
