Futura S UNI is a semi-synthetic, water-miscible metalworking fluid based on esters derived from renewable raw materials.
It is free from chlorine, boron and biocides.
Futura S UNI is a universal metalworking fluid designed for use in medium-heavy-duty machining operations involving chip removal and grinding on all materials: steels, stainless steels, titanium and cast iron; it can also be used on aluminium alloys. The formulation offers an exceptionally high balance between lubricity and detergency, making it an extremely versatile product for all types of machining operations. .
When mixed with water, it produces a very stable, translucent emulsion.
Its features make it suitable for use with any type of water, whether hard or soft.
The product has been tested to meet the requirements of the medical industry and passes the L 929 cytotoxic proliferation test.
