ALL IN ONE GREEN SAW is an innovative, ready-to-use, ester-based cooling lubricant derived from renewable raw materials.
It is a universal product for machining steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminium alloys, even those particularly sensitive to staining. It can also process yellow alloys and cast iron.

PROPERTIES
The special formulation, free of chlorine, boron and biocides, makes it an absolutely state-of-the-art product in terms of chemical safety. Moreover, thanks to the new generation components with which it is formulated, ALL IN ONE GREEN SAW has excellent foam resistance even at high pressures.
The advantage of having a ready-to-use emulsion with water of controlled hardness provides several advantages:

- NO risk of calculation errors in finding the correct proportion

APPLICATIONS
The product is suitable for stamping operations with sawing machines on steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminium alloys, even those particularly sensitive to staining. It can also process yellow alloys and cast iron.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store indoors if possible. The drums must be kept tilted or horizontal with the caps below the level of the contents. Avoid contamination with foreign substances during decanting or withdrawing. Tightly close the caps of the containers after opening them.
