Used manually for removing oxidation and cleaning all metals, plastics, fibreglass, fillers and paints. Excellent resistance to clogging. Can be used both dry and wet. They can be cut to size to fit any workpiece contour. Aluminium oxide provides greater stock removal on wood, paint and steel, while silicon carbide leaves a better satin surface and is recommended for finishing particularly hard materials.
