Very high mechanical strength stainless steel wire thread inserts (approx. 145 kg/mm²). Their typical design, in the shape of a spring, forms two perfectly concentric threads, one external and the other internal. The external one allows the wire thread insert to be inserted in a hole threaded with a specific tap, while the internal thread accommodates a screw with maximum precision. The pull stud bolt, which is essential for inserting the thread into the hole, is easily removed after assembly using a break off tool. The external diameter of the wire thread inserts in their free state is greater than that of their receiving holes. The elastic deformation that they undergo when entering the hole generates a force that holds the thread firmly anchored to the walls of the hole, preventing them from coming out.
