571 provides a dry, colourless, clean P.T.F.E. coating with anti-adhesive properties under high pressure and slow motion. Suitable when oil and grease lubrication is not possible or not desired. Can be used for all metals, plastics, ceramics, wood. Can also be used as a separating film in resin casting plants. Contact surfaces must be clean and degreased; application is carried out as for paints. Optimum coating thickness: approx. 10 microns. Dries after 5-8 minutes at +20°C.
