LOCTITE® 242 is an anaerobic, medium strength and medium viscosity theadlocker suitable for general use. Fixture time is 5 minutes on steel, 15 on brass and 20 on stainless steel. LOCTITE 242 is thixotropic to prevent product migration and is suitable for screws that require disassembly with hand tools.
