All JOYTAP machines can be equipped with Touch Screen Control
VASTC or VASTC Industry 4.0 WI-FI for semi-automated tapping operations,
controlled screwing, installation of self-tapping bushes and inserted threads.
TAPPING:
- Semi-automatic tapping (pitch setting - depth - speed - torque Nm).
- Manual tapping (speed setting - torque Nm).
- Constant speed and torque during tapping thanks to the control encoder.
- Simplified programming using the integrated interface.
- Counting of the threads made.

SCREWING:
- Screwing with Automatic Stop (when the preset torque is reached).
